CML

CML is a company of Del Carlo Group, together with a district of excellent Italian companies: Lorenzo Del Carlo, Metalzinco and Macofer, specialized in the various phases of processing and producing lighting poles. CML 's goal is to guarantee innovative solutions and occupy the top of the national and European market for poles, lighting towers and supports for lighting, advertising signs, road signs, communication and energy.

G&W Electric

Since 1905, G&W Electric has been a leading company in the area of innovative solutions for electricity distribution networks: we produce the most recent innovations in medium and low voltage electrical panels, RCDs, reclosers, protection equipment, automation, transmission, terminations for distribution cables, couplings and other cable accessories. G&W Electric is headquartered in in Bolingbrook, Illinois (United States), with manufacturing facilities and commercial service centers in more than 100 countries, including China, Mexico, Canada, United Arab Emirates, India, Singapore, Brazil and since 2019, thanks to the acquisition of Altea and Tozzi Electrical Equipment, in Italy.

NTET

Leading company in the production of components for low voltage energy distribution, NTET Spa has been present on the market for over 30 years. As NTETgroup parent company, NTET was founded thanks to determination and foresight of a Sicilian entrepreneur, who initially produced (as TPR brand) fiberglass lighting and energy poles; subsequently, his company expanded to other production areas, such as the production of components for energy (e.g. street cabinets, multipurpose containers, junction boxes, doors and grids, doors for poles, terminal blocks, etc.). Initially based in Catania, the production extends, in the following years, also to the other plants in Garbagnate Milanese, Piacenza and Parma. The brands belonging to the group are OEC, OPTOTEC and TPR.

GMR Enlights

Even if GMR Enlights is a recent brand, its origins go back, to the very beginning of public lighting and Italian industrial production in the nineteenth century. The glorious legacy, passed into the hands of talented men, technicians and administrators, and the know-how acquired are today the beating heart and pride of the company. Founded and established with foundries in Italy to produce artistic lighting, today, thanks to the foresight of its founder, Leardo Ravaioli, GMR Enlights offers, alongside its prestigious historical pieces, a series of contemporary products featuring an accurate design and extreme functionality.

After a long history, GhisaMestieri is renewed. On 08/06/2020 GMR Enlights is born: a brand that keeps intact its origins and know-how as always, yet crosses national borders and gives life to new sectors of professional lighting. A brand directed towards a sustainable future, in line with the new lighting needs of a smart world that is constantly evolving.

Ottotecnica

Ottotecnica designs and manufactures electrical risk protection devices and tools in the area of: LV MV, HV electrical distribution; railway lines; trolleybus, trambus and underground lines. Since almost twenty years, Ottotecnica has collaborated in the drafting of the national and international CEI and IEC-TC 78 standards, concerning grounding and short-circuiting, insulating tubes and voltage detectors. In April 2019, Ottotecnica joined the French ESP / NOVARC Group, a renowned brand that has been operating worldwide for decades in the electrical protection area.

Intellienergy

Intellienergy tech® offers hardware and software systems for remote control, remote management and energy monitoring of thermal, water, electrical, outdoor lighting and technological systems. The offer is based on freely programmable controllers, the ICON® family, capable of interacting with the plant system and detecting "physical" measurement data from the environment (pressures, levels, temperatures, failures, machine states, etc.); these controllers can then: use the acquired data for local implementation (pumps, inverters, remote switches, existing third-party RTUs); transmit them (appropriately processed) to the management platform (FLOWER®) through IP / GSM / GPRS / UMTS connectivity.
Intellienergy solutions are widespread throughout Italy with over 25,000 plants and one million remote-controlled hotspots. The Intellienergy wireless system allows you to create a high-performance monitoring infrastructure that can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is based on LoRa® technology, which uses the free band at 868MHz and features bidirectionality, long distances and reduced absorption. The network is star-shaped and doesn't need for repeaters, which are the weak (and expensive) point of other monitoring systems.

Intellilight

Intellilight® is the Intellienergy division dedicated to the remote control of public and outdoor lighting. The available solutions include controllers specifically configured for Smart Lighting, gateways for Smart Lighting and Smart City functions, Nodes for timely remote control of lamps, sensors for Adaptive Lighting and software applications (in addition to FLOWER® ) such as the INTELLICITY® platform and the APPs ON-GO and REGOLA for the complete support of all configuration, management and maintenance activities.
